Our Menù finds the connubiality between land and water typical of both Veronese and Mantovana cuisines.

 

“Baccalà con Polenta” and fresh stuffed Pasta, like Tortellini Valeggio’s style, meet Pappardelle and Squash Tortelli in our homemade Primi Selection.

 

Our Specialty is Fresh Water Fish (“Pesce di Lago”), offered in both a traditional combo of appetizers, like Pike in Herbs Sauce (“Luccio in Salsa”) and Smoked Trout, and in a more classic main course like Grilled Whole Fish.

Our Mains also include Meats from Local Butcheries directly selected by our chef.
